Manchester CityFans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports of a possible swap deal between Manchester City and River Plate for Lucas Martínez Quarta and Nicolas Otamendi.
It’s no news that Manchester City are in the market for a central defender and may turn their attention to Argentina, Lucas Martínez Quarta. Reports claimed that Pep Guardiola has the 23-year-old ‘in his plans’.
According to TNTSports via Sport_Witness, It is ‘likely’ that River Plate would accept a good offer from Manchester City for Lucas Martínez Quarta (23).
Should talks start, Otamendi could be included in an offer – a ‘fanatic River Plate fan’ and ‘said many times’ he’d like to return.
Lucas Martínez Quarta has a contract with River Plate till the summer of 2021, and the deal is said to have a release clause of around €22 million.

ngl I’ve only watched him twice and he played great but I prefer Unai Nunez who plays against better competition in la liga every week
