Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports to yet another update on the Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly’s potential move to the Etihad.
The Senegal star is reportedly a top target for City as Pep Guardiola seeks to add strength in depth in the area of the pitch his side struggled most this season.
Koulibaly has built a reputation as one of the world’s top defenders during his time in Serie A. Inevitably, he has attracted plenty of interest from around Europe.
The likes of Manchester united, Real Madrid, PSG and Liverpool have been linked, though City are favourites to sign him.
According to Marcotti via Daily Express, Napoli believe Manchester United, who have a long-standing interest in the Senegalese are the only team other than Manchester City who can afford to sign their defender.
The report adds Koulibaly would finally bring the leadership skills City lost when Vincent Kompany left the club.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City xtra and City Chief, Manchester City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
