Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that Pep Guardiola would be the first choice of Juventus to succeed Maurizio Sarri, who was sacked on Saturday.
The Serie A champions were desperate to appoint Pep Guardiola last summer, and did try to bring in the Catalan coach, but in 2019 it was impossible for him to leave City. Both parties accepted this but left with what felt like a ‘see you soon’
In March, when rumours about him joining the Italian champions were also circulating, Guardiola said he would stay at City for at least the remainder of his contract, unless he was sacked.
According to the Telegraph, Pep Guardiola remains the first-choice target for the Old Lady, however should the 49-year-old remain at the Etihad Stadium, Juventus will make a move for the available Mauricio Pochettino to replace the recently sacked Maurizio Sarri.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra and City chief, Manchester City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.

There is no chance that Guardiola could leave City before his 2021 deal is up because there have been many indications that appears to be a strengthened relationship between Guardiola and the Etihad as well as public statements from the coach especially following the successful appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
