Many Man City supporters have been responding to a Twitter post which relayed a report regarding Sevilla’s Jules Koundé potential move to the Etihad.
The Frenchman who has been the club’s back-up defensive target, is regarded as one of the best defenders for his age group. He enjoyed a stellar 2019/20 season in La Liga, making 29 appearances as his side comfortably finished in the top four.
According to Estadio_ED via Sport_Witness, the Citizens could go as high as €77M plus Nicolas Otamendi for Sevilla’s Jules Koundé.
The young Frenchman Kounde would certainly be viewed as a prospect for the future with his natural defensive talent coupled with blistering pace for a central defender.

We should just buy Koulibaly at 75m. 77m plus player is just way too much for a guy who just had his breakthrough season. He doesn’t have UCL/title challenging experience either.— 민선기 (@bhssz70) September 23, 2020
way overpaying for some one who just broke through can surely get upamencano for around 50/60— L97ANDERSON (@L97ANDERSON) September 23, 2020
He’s 21 very solid investment— Josh🐢⚽️🦑 (@Josh22Mcfc) September 23, 2020
The guy had 0 injuries in the past 3 seasons, he is great in positioning, passing, dribbling, he is good in air and has an eye for an opening pass. He can tackle and is an incredible fighter, future world class defender and already a great player,— ⚚ (@thepsilon) September 23, 2020
