According Cadena ser to via Barcacentre, Barcelona have submitted a second offer for Eric García: eight million euros + an additional two in variables. City are asking for 20 million euros.
The report goes on to state that Barcelona know their latest offers isn’t enough to get the signing of García over the line, with City also aware they won’t get 20 million euros for him.
