Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Pep Guardiola is interested in signing Borussia Dortmund world-class youngster Erling Braut Haaland in January.

City have been linked with prolific striker Haaland in recent weeks, potentially as a replacement for Sergio Aguero. The 20-year-old is also been linked with moves to Real Madrid, Manchester United and Liverpool.

According to Sport relayed by Sport_Witness, Pep Guardiola has set his sights on the 20-year-old Bundesliga striker to become Agüero’s successor.

As per the report, Real Madrid have Haaland on their agenda, but will be ‘very difficult’ for Los Blancos to ‘compete’ with City for Haaland in 2021.

The report claim Real Madrid main focus is Kylian Mbappé and they will have to put ‘all the meat on the grill’ to sign the French forward.

Signing another striker has been a subject of debate among City supporters for some time. With Sergio Agüero’s age, injuries, and contract situation catching up to him, a striket is the most exciting position they will aim to make an addition next summer.
