Many Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on twitter that relays a kind gesture by former player Leroy Sane to a Manchester Community.

Sané  became City’s first, and as yet only, prized asset to snub the club for pastures elsewhere during the Sheikh Mansour era, when he decided to move to Munich in a £40.5m deal.

Despite his move, the German has shown he still have so much love for Manchester, where he won two league titles, two League Cups and the FA Cup, registering 25 goals and 28 assists from 90 Premier League appearances with the Citizens.

According to BBC Sport journalist Mike Minay, the German International has made a donation to Manchester charity Community Integrated Care.

The winger offered support out of gratitude and respect to the Manchester community which will enable the charity to purchase Christmas presents & meals to those without company on Xmas Day.

Sane was made aware of the charity’s work through his former fellow Germany international Ilkay Guendogan – who himself has been doing great things in the community.

In reaction to the report shared on twitter by Man City Xtra, plenty of Sky Blues have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.
