‘Quality player but can’t deal with ADL’ – Fans reacts as Napoli midfielder reportedly being tracked by Man City

Some Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims the club have been following Napoli midfielder Piotr Zieliński ‘with great attention’ ahead of the summer transfer window.

The 26-year-old Polish midfielder has been a regular in the Serie A for a number of years now, impressing at both Napoli and Udinese in recent seasons.

The all-round midfielder has provided six goals and six assists in 22 starts in the league, averaging a superb WhoScored rating of 7.14, which show how consistent he has been for the Serie A side.

According to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, as transcribed by Arena Napoli, Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona have all shown interest in the Polish international.

The report claims that Napoli’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis has ‘no intention to sell one of his best players’, but added that ‘during Covid times, a lot will depend on the offers’.

In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions with many fans against the move because of Aurelio De Laurentiis.
