The Cityzens will have to beat off competition from the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Juventus among others for his signature.
According to Tuesday’s edition of L’Equipe as relayed by Sport Witness, despite Several sides linked with a move for Haaland, Pep Guardiola’s side ‘would be his first choice’.
The report claims PSG are ‘not among the candidates’, Barcelona aren’t thought to have the money while Bayern Munich have no plans to enter the race.
The reports adds that Real Madrid are concentrating on signing Kylian Mbappe from PSG this summer.
Manchester Evening News reported last week that City are confident of signing Haaland and there have been reports that his agent, Mino Raiola, is set to hold talks with the English club over a potential transfer.

It remains to be seen where Haaland will end up if he does move on from Dortmund this summer.
