Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Sergio Aguero next destination will be Barcelona, where he could end up playing with Lionel Messi at club level.
The Man City legend will leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of the season, bringing an end to a decade of outstanding service.
Despite being 32-years-old, there’s plenty of interest for the veteran forward with Barcelona reportedly favorites to snap him up on a free transfer, with with La Porteria on Catalan station Betevé as relayed by Sport Withness claiming the announcement of Sergio Agüero’s arrival from Manchester City is ‘imminent’.
The report claims Agüero’s lawyers ‘have in their possession a draft of the contract sent by FC Barcelona’, and it’s believed the City striker ‘would have accepted a salary cut’, with his entourage ‘very optimistic that all the details have just been closed’.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra and City Chief, many City fans have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.
