Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Yves Bissouma has not handed in a target request at Brighton, amidst speculation that he wants to leave the club.
The 24-year-old mildfielder, who joined Brighton for £15m from Lille in 2018, has been a standout performer in a struggling premier league side this season and has attracted interest of a host of England’s biggest clubs.
The Cityzens have been linked with a number of midfielders this summer, and with Fernandinho looking like leaving the Etihad at the end of the season, they do need reinforcements in that area.
The Daily star reported last week that Man City were plotting a £30M move for the Brighton midfielder this summer, with the report claiming Pep Guardiola was ‘confident’ of winning the race to land Bissouma, having watched him on ‘several occasions’ this season.
According to The Times, Bissouma has now asked to leave Brighton this summer with the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal all watching on and ready to try and bring him in.
Bissouma is a player of considerable talent and one that the Cityzens may well be able to help keep on improving and progressing.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have have been expressing their thoughts and opinions
