‘Robbed once again’ – Some Fans reacts as Bundesliga club set to sign Man City player for €10million

Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a reports that claims RB Leipzig have ‘won the race’ for Lukas Nmecha.

Nmecha joined Anderlecht on loan from Manchester City last summer. Having failed at Preston, Middlesbrough and Wolfsburg during previous loan spells, he had a lot to prove. 

The 22-year-old appeared in 41 games on loan for former teammate Vincent Kompany’s club in Anderlecht and contributed to the team’s success with 21 goals and three assists, making him one of the best strikers in the Belgian First Division A.

That form has not gone unnoticed with recently a trio of Bundesliga clubs; RB Leipzig, Stuttgart, and Eintracht Frankfurt are all reportedly interested in the Germany youth international striker.

The forward recently confirmed that he would not be returning to Vincent Kompany’s RSC Anderlecht for a second season, after spending the last campaign on-loan with the Belgian outfit.

According to Nieuwsblad, RB Leipzig have ‘won the race’ for Lukas Nmecha, with the Manchester City striker joining the Bundesliga club for €10M.

In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra, many Man City fans have have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.
