Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims the club will offer Tottenham £100million in a ‘take-it-or-leave-it’ bid for Harry Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur striker’s future remains uncertain with many clubs interested in securing his signature this summer.

City have been heavily linked with a move for the Spurs striker, with Pep Guardiola reportedly making the England International his No.1 summer transfer priority.

Man City are rumoured to be one of the frontrunners for Kane’s signature, and the Premier League champions are thought to be readying a £100m take-it-or-leave-it offer for the England captain.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is reluctant to part ways with Kane this summer and has slapped a staggering £150m price tag on the marksman’s head to fend off potential suitors.

The same article states that the Citizens are going to make their best and final offer in an attempt to quickly wrap up a deal and avoid a summer transfer saga.

However, the Sky Blues are not interested in getting dragged into the poker game for the entire transfer window and will launch a bid in July after Euro 2020 in order to seal the deal quickly, the Daily Star claim.

The report goes on to add that Kane would like to leave the north London side in a bid to win silverware following his barren spell since breaking into the Spurs team.

The news was shared on Twitter by City Xtra, and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters, who took to the social media platform to share their thoughts and opinions.
