Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Pep Guardiola and Joan Laporta discussed potential transfer dealings when they crossed paths this week.
With plenty of business already conducted between Barcelona and City this summer, it was the perfect occasion for the pair to discuss what else could be worked out between them.
The Catalan side have already brought in a cluster of players, including Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia from Manchester City this summer.
According to the information of RAC1’s Gerard Romero, Pep Guardiola spoke with Barcelona president Joan Laporta and the club’s director of football, Mateu Alemany in Mallorca about his options at Manchester City.
The report claims that Guardiola showed the pair what sort of options he has at his disposal for next season and how are the primary options for starting XI places, while it is claimed that he believes up to seven players can leave the Etihad this summer, should they receive offers.
Links between the La Liga giants and the Etihad Stadium continue to come, with Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan, and Joao Cancelo all being linked with some element of interest from the Camp Nou.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
