Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Bernardo Silva is hopeful of a return to Iberia, with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona interested.
The former Monaco man emerged as one of the players who could be on his way out of the Etihad this summer as they look to freshen up their squad.
The Athletic reported last month that Silva is among the players Premier League champions have offered to Tottenham in their bid to sign star striker Harry Kane.
The Sun also reported last week that the Citizens could sell the 26-year-old to fund a move for Spurs star Kane.
Silva is being linked to a potential move to Spain with the Portuguese midfielder seemingly determined to exit the Etihad Stadium.
The Daily Mail are now reporting that Bernardo Silva – who is now back at the City Football Academy after an extended holiday – is hopeful of a return to Iberia, with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona interested.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.

A seperate Reports from 90mins claims Bernardo’s representatives are now looking for a new club as they drum up interest for the former AS Monaco star.
Manchester City signed Silva on a five-year deal worth £43 million ($59.96 million) from Monaco in 2017.
The club continues to figure out who to sacrifice, and Silva appears to be the plausible choice.
Other players linked to potential moves out of the Etihad Stadium include Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling and Jesus.
