Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Juventus have reportedly asked the club for Gabriel Jesus, on loan with option to buy at the end of the season.
The links with Jesus come amid speculation that City are looking to upgrade their attack ahead of next season by bringing in Jack Grealish and Harry Kane from Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.
Jesus is one player who could be forced to leave City this summer if the club need to generate funds for the potential signing of Harry Kane, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League champions.
Juventus needs a new striker and they have been linked with moves for several attackers ahead of the new campaign.
They have already secured the permanent arrival of Alvaro Morata already this summer, but the Old Lady may need to bolster their attack further.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.it, Juventus are proposing to sign Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus on an expensive loan deal with an option to buy next summer.
The report claims Jesus, who is not first choice at Manchester City, has been given a price-tag of €60-65m which is beyond Juve’s capabilities right now
Juventus want to postpone the payment of a fee for the striker to next year, when they are expecting to have more space to manoeuvre financially.
However, Manchester City want to earn a fee from Jesus’ departure this summer in order to fund the move for Kane.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and City Chief, and it attracted plenty of attention from the fans, who took to the social media platform to share their thoughts on the speculation.

Tell them to shove it! Payment up front or jog on I’d say. Having said that, I’d rather we keep him

Don’t do it no loans I wanna keep him anyways he will only get better and he is young but if anything we want cash no loan. Also getting rid of him and not getting a striker is horrible move

We are loaning out strikers when we haven’t even got ourselves one yet. If gabby leaves and we don’t sign Kane what happens then ?
