Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims West Brom would be keen on signing Liam Delap if the striker is made available for loan,
There’s a lot of uncertainty over Liam Delap’s future at Manchester City this summer. The highly rated youngster and has proven himself at youth level, so decisions need to be made on how best to develop him this season.
There has been plenty of speculation that the 18-year-old striker could go out on loan this season in order to gain some vital experience, with a long list of Championship clubs interested in securing the talents of the highly-rated striker this month.
According to the Express and Star, Albion would be keen to bring in Liam Delap on loan, should the 18-year-old be made available by the English Champions.
Bournemouth and Stoke City have also been linked with a move for Delap, who could be allowed out with a view to getting regular first-team football under his belt.
Stoke City looked to be favourites to land Delap’s signature, with Football Insider reporting that the Potters were in advanced talks to land the forward.
Delap joined City from Derby County in 2019, and scored an impressive 24 goals in 20 Premier League 2 appearances last season.
