Manchester City will wear their third kit for the first time this season, as Pep Guardiola’s side face Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium this weekend.
The premier leaque champions return to action on Saturday and will be looking for a win and all three points against Brighton at the Amex Stadium.
It has been around six weeks since City last won consecutive Premier League games and the reigning champions will be hoping to change that here.
Ahead of the game, It’s been confirmed Manchester City will be wearing their heavily criticised third kit vs Brighton this weekend.
For the first time, the Puma 21-22 third uniforms feature a single streamlined template and style across all of them.
As seen on the away jerseys of Puma’s 21-22 national teams, the new Puma 21-22 club third kits have the team names in big between two horizontal lines on the front. On the front of all the Puma 21-22 third kits is a sublimated pattern with the team’s crests.
It boasts the lettering Man City on the front, surrounded by two sky blue lines. All other logos are white.
The kit news was shared on Twitter, and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters, with a fan calling the design a ‘crime against humanity’, while another comparing the look of the shirt to ‘pyjamas’.
