Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report of the club’s interest in signing Internacional striker Yuri Alberto.
The Premier League side hasn’t been shy to dip into the South American transfer market to help solve their issues.
Man City recently acquired Kayky from Fluminense, and it seems they’re ready to head to Brazil in hopes of solving their need for a striker.
According to Fichajes, Manchester City eyes Yuri Alberto, who has been a revelation for the Brazil club since coming over from Santos.
Reports in Brazil concerning interest from Man City in signing the 20-year-old striker have been confirmed by the player’s agent André Cury – who also stated that Pep Guardiola’s side contacted him for the player.,
Yuri has scored 11 goals and 3 assists in 26 league games. His price according to Transfermarkt is 6 million euros, an amount more than accessible to ‘Citizens’
