Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Erling Haaland‘s agent Mino Raiola is set hold talks with the club in January over a potential summer move.
Guardiola’s side were linked with a swoop for Erling Haaland last summer, but were put off by Dortmund’s £150m price tag as the Bundesliga side wanted to hold onto their prized asset.
The attacker is arguably the hottest property in world football, with the 21-year-old attacker already one of the best finishers in Europe.
Having joined Borussia Dortmund from RB Salzburg during the winter of 2020, the Norweigan has already raced to a remarkable 68 goals, in 67 matches, in all competitions.
According to a recent report from The Times, Manchester City are planning to open talks with Haaland’s entourage as early as January with the hope of discussing a potential summer move.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid are just some of the other clubs who have been heavily linked with making a summer move, too.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions

He’s such a perfect fit man it would be stupid not to take this chance for both parties. Haaland is the next big thing and he’d be the face of PL for years to come, PL is the most popular already now imagine with Haaland in it. Such a no brainer move imo
