Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims the club is interested in Wolves striker Hwang Hee-chan before his loan becomes a permanent Molineux move.
Hwang has made an excellent start to life in the Premier League after joining from RB Leipzig in the summer.. The 25-year-old has scored just six goals in 2021 at club level as per Transfermarkt.
Wolves will have quite the fight on their hands to keep Hee-chan Hwang at the Molineux beyond the length of his loan spell as the South Korean begins to gain big-six interest
According to a report from the Daily Mirror, Man City is looking at Hwang Hee-Chan as a possibility for the striker position, with Pep Guardiola being ‘keen to add more firepower up top’.
Liverpool is also interested on the South Korean striker to provide cover and competition for Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota.
However, Wolves are the side with the option to make his move permanent. As reported by Sky Sports, that option will set Lage’s men back £13 million.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Chief and City Xtra, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.

Some players are great for a mid table team, when they are in the big teams they can’t handle the pressure and demands!
He’s not the level of striker that we wanted. Focus on haaland
