A number of Manchester City fans have reacted with delight after seeing footage of Phil Foden’s piece of skill in the build-up to England‘s World Cup qualifiers.
He’s still only 21 years of age, but the Manchester City youngster is one of the most exciting talents in the Premier League and has caught the early international break attention with absolute worldie during England training.
So far this season, Foden has scored three goals in seven Premier League including a brilliant arrowed strike against Liverpool in the 2-2 draw in October
During training on Tuesday with the national team, Foden showed again what he’s all about with an astonishing finish, showing that he’s as natural a finisher as England have had in years.
In the training drill, Foden gets himself into the box, swivels and beautifully scores a scissor-kick his left-foot past Sam Johnstone before walking off with his arms out.
And when footage of the moment was shared on Twitter, many Sky Blues were savouring sweet moment.
This kid is another level.

The ball is behind him and he uses the opposite foot how is this not impressive. Also beating a top goalkeeper is not easy mind you
