Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a reports that claims AC Milan have ‘Evaluated’ the Idea of Signing Nathan Aké in January.
The Holland international has found consistent game time hard to come by since his £40m move from Bournemouth last year, and has gone on to make 27 appearances in all competitions, scoring three goals.
Due to the form of Ruben Dias, Aymeric Laporte and John Stones, Ake finds himself stuck behind in the pecking order.
According to Sky Sports (h/t Milan Live), AC Milan are on the hunt for Simon Kjaer’s replacement and have added Ake to their list of centre-back targets this month, and are ‘evaluating’ the City man as they look to strengthen their defence midway through the campaign.
The Rossoneri also have Lille LOSC’s Sven Botman, Manchester United’s Eric Bailly, Chelsea’s Malanga Sarr and Arsenal’s Pablo Marì on their radar, so they have options if their pursuit of Ake is unsuccessful.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, Many man City fans have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.
