Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Arsenal are set to complete a £50M deal for Gabriel Jesus in the next seven to 10 days.
Jesus is open to leaving the Etihad this summer as he looks to become the focal point in a team, having largely played as a back-up striker at Man City.
Tottenham, Chelsea and Real Madrid have also expressed interest in signing Jesus but the Daily Mail say Arsenal have won the race and will seal a deal at the start of next month.
According to Mike Keegan For Daily Mail, Arsenal are expected to seal a £50million deal for number one target Gabriel Jesus in the next seven to 10 days.
As per the report, the Gunners and Manchester City are closing in on an agreement that would see the 25-year-old striker head to north London.
Mike Keegan went ahead to claim there is now a confidence that completion is close for the Brazilian, who has been Arsenal’s priority target.
Jesus’ representatives flew to England over the last few days to advance the move, though the player himself is currently on holiday with his partner and their new baby in Portugal.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.
