Manchester City star Erling Haaland jokingly told teammate Cole Palmer he needs to ‘start listening’ to manager Pep Guardiola after seeing his passing stats in FIFA 23.
EA FIFA 23 doesn’t come out until the end of September, but the publisher has been announcing lots of new information.
Manchester City decided to play a game of ‘Higher or Lower’ with Palmer and Jack Grealish against the team of Haaland and Nathan Ake. In a clip shared to City’s TikTok account, It’s revealed Palmer’s passing stat is a 62.
The 20-year-old made his Premier League debut last season and is considered one for the future, so there’s no shame in having a lower rating than his teammates.
Standing next to Palmer, Haaland takes a look at the card, puts his hand on the winger’s shoulder and remarks: “62 passing… you gotta start listening to Pep!”
